This vineyard was created in 1997 from a joint venture between Philippe Baron of Rothschild and Concha y Toro vineyard. French concept and Chilean terroir, is the perfect pairing and they produce a “first category” equivalent on French category “Grand Cru Classe” since 1998, all that in there firs production, also has become one of the icon wines in Chile.
This young vineyard, has a modern and particular architecture in the winery, a Maritin Hurtado creation, also the decoration of this interior is inspired by the native people of Chile, even the Alma Viva symbol is an artifact representative of the mapuche culture.
