DAY 1               SANTIAGO DE CHILE
Upon arrival in Santiago Airport, private transfer to your hotel. Begin Santiago City tour in the Barrio (neighborhood) of El Golf, where you can see examples of the city’s avant-garde architecture. Afterwards head towards, Barrio Cívico, (downtown), which contains the historic government buildings, such as the presidential La Moneda and cultural centers like the Pre-Columbian Museum. From here, take a walk through the main streets of downtown’s main square, Plaza de Armas, where you can admire the majestic colonial buildings that surround the square: the Metropolitan Cathedral, the Central Post Office, Santiago’s City Hall, and various museums.  We then take you to Barrio Bellavista, famous for its bohemia nightlife. Return to your hotel. Overnight in 4-star Hotel or similar category.

Breakfast at the hotel. Private transfer from your hotel to Santiago Airport. Flight to Calama (not included in pricing). Arrival in Calama, reception and transfer on shared basis (SIB) from airport to your hotel in San Pedro de Atacama. Archaeological capital of Chile with sites dating back 3,000 years ago. Its surrounding landscapes are nothing less than surreal. After checking into your hotel and a relaxing lunch (lunch not included), you’ll visit the desolated Valle de la Muerte (Death Valley) home of the Three Marias, three fragile rocky formations that almost appears to have been hand carved. Continue towards, Valle de la Luna (Moon Valley), arriving at dusk, just in time for a spectacular sunset view from a gigantic hill top Dune. Return to your hotel in San Pedro. DAY 3                    SAN PEDRO DE ATACAMA
Breakfast at the hotel. Begin your full day to wander off at the largest salt flat in Chile, Atacama Salt Flats. Over 3,000 square kilometers of pure salt where the dry air is so clear that it is possible to see over 70 km away. The lake under this salty flat crust is an important source of lithium, a mineral used in high tech industries. Visit the magnificent mirror like lagoons of Miscanti and Miñiques, and stop off at the village of Socaire. Our picnic today is set against the breath taking turquoise lakes surrounding the whitest salty sands. Before returning to San Pedro for the rest of the evening, a short stop off to walk around the quaint village of Toconao, a desert oasis that supplies enough water to allow the cultivation of fruit. Return to your hotel in San Pedro. Overnight in 3-star Hotel or similar category. (B, L)
DAY 4                   SAN PEDRO DE ATACAMA
Today is a very early morning departure from your hotel, 4:30am approx., for a half-day trip to see The Tatio Geysers, (4321m altitude). The geyser natural clocks are set to steam and bubble up around 6am to 7pm, right in time for your picnic breakfast on site. After breakfast, head to the Puritama Hot Springs for a deep, relaxing soak in its mineral rich waters. In the afternoon, we return to San Pedro, where you will have the option to visit the quaint village church, the Padre Le Paige archaeological museum or the nearby Pre-Colombian 12th century Incan fort, Pukará de Quitor. Return to your hotel. Overnight in 3-star Hotel or similar category. (BB)
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning private transfer from your hotel towards the Chilean-Bolivia border, Hito Cajón. After passing through Bolivian customs continue to the Laguna Blanca, Laguna Verde, and the truly Dantesque landscapes of Sol de Mañana Geysers (4,850m), where pools of mud bubble up and ominous steam rises from the craggy depths. Along the way, arrive to the marvelous Colorada Lagoon (4,278m) where the lake has an intense reddish color, due to the algae and plankton living in the waters. Catch a stunning view of the massive flocks of flamingos. This lake is home of all three flamingo species present in Latin America: the Chilean, James and Andean flamingos. Late afternoon arrival to Ojos de Perdiz, follow by dinner at your hotel. Overnight in 3-star Hotel or mountain refuge. (B, L, D)
DAY 6                    OJOS DE PERDIZ - UYUNI - COLCHANI 
Breakfast at the hotel. Begin your morning visiting the scenic lagoons Ramaditas, Honda, Hedionda where you can see more flamingos in their nature wild life. After visiting some traditional villages, you will arrive in the afternoon at Uyuni for a tour of the small town founded the 1890’s as a trading post. Afterwards, transfer to the village of Colchani follow with dinner at your hotel. Overnight in 3-star Hotel or similar category. (B, L, D)
DAY 7                    COLCHANI - UYUNI SALT FLATS - TAHUA 
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning begins with learning how salt is extracted from the flats of village Colchani. Continue by exploring the natural marvelous Uyuni Salt Flats. These endless salt flats (3,650m altitude) cover more than 12,000 km². Afterwards, visit the island of Incahuasi, located in the heart of the salt flats and famous for its enormous cacti. The view of this luminous White Sea will be truly an unforgettable experience.  If the weather permits, you will able to visit the island of Pescado. Finalizando in Tahua in the afternoon and enjoy dinner at your hotel. Overnight in 3-star Hotel or similar category. (B, L, D)
DAY 8             TAHUA - ORURO
Breakfast at the hotel. The day begins by leaving the splendid salt flats behind us and head for Oruro, a small Bolivian town that was recognized by UNESCO, World Heritage Centre due to its 200-year-old carnival history. Brief tour of the city and the cathedral. Overnight in 4-star Hotel or similar category. (B, L)
DAY 9             ORURO - TIWANAKU - LA PAZ 
Breakfast at the hotel. This morning head north the Bolivian capital towards La Paz.  On the way, explore the Pre-Colombian ceremonial site “Tiwanaku” (Gate of the Sun), a once upon a time, capital of an empire that extended lands frontier of Chile and Peru to this present day. Arrival in La Paz. Overnight in 4-star Hotel or similar category. (B, L)
DAY 10                  LA PAZ - COPACABANA  
In the morning transfer from La Paz to Copacabana, Lake Titicaca, one the largest lakes in South America, border of Boliva and Peru, where we will take a cruise in a catamaran. Breakfast will be served as we sail towards the Island of the Sun, the cradle of the Incan Empire. On this legendary island, you can visit the Incan Garden, the Stairs and the Fountain, and the Inti Wata Cultural Complex, Bolivia’s most important exclusive tourist destination. In addition, also visit the Ekako Underground Museum, a traditional medicine exhibit and the Titikaka Reed Shipbuilders display centers, the Pachamama agricultural Inca terraces, handicraft center, Intica lounge, and the Manco Kapac looking out where you can see the largest variety of Andean cameloids. Travel back in time at the Inti Wata Cultural Complex, where you will have the opportunity to sail in a huge Titikaka traditional vessel and enjoy a panoramic visit to the Pilkakaina Inca Palace. Back on the catamaran and head towards the Copacabana Sanctuary. During the journey, a buffet lunch is serviced. Arrival in Copacabana, you will take a public bus transfer to your hotel. DAY 11                  COPACABANA - PUNO
Breakfast at the hotel. Today, you will visit “Las Islas Flotantes de los Uros” (the Floating Islands of Uros). These islands, made of the local totora reed, is home of the Uros people and located in an important center of commerce for the local people who use handmade rafts for transportation. The trip then takes you to the island of Taquile, where we will be welcomed by the local community island, famous for their friendly hospitality. The Taquileños of the island have not only managed to keep their customs and traditions alive, but also still dress in traditional colorful garb. The inhabitants Taquileños are also artisans, where they shape objects with impressive skills learned with their ancestor’s centuries ago. You will be shown the technique of layering the island with reeds to keep it afloat. Lunch included. Overnight in 3-star Hotel or similar category (B, L)

DAY 12                  PUNO - CUSCO
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer from the hotel to Puno bus terminal and board a public bus towards Cusco, Peru. This journey takes you through the beautiful countryside and valleys. Begin by making a stop at “La Raya”, the natural boundary between Cusco and Puno, from where you will have a perfect panoramic view for photographs. Also, visit the Raqchi ruins, known as the temple of the god, Wiracocha, and the village of Andahuaylillas, home of a magical 17th century church. Lunch during your journey. Arrival in Cusco is in the evening. Transfer to your hotel. Overnight in 4-star Hotel or similar category. (B, L)

DAY 13             CUSCO
Breakfast in the hotel. Enjoy your morning at leisure. In the afternoon, you will visit the imperial city, a classic example of the union between the Andean and Spanish cultures. Begin the tour in “Santo Domingo” Convent, built on the ruins of Koricancha, the antique Incan palace and main Centre of the worship of the Sun God. Next stop is at the “Plaza de Armas”, where you can visit the Cathedral and the beautiful church of “La Compañía”. Tour continues to the Sacsayhuamán Fort with its imposing Incan military architecture, a building that dominates the city. Last stop is the archaeological sites of Qenko, Puca-Pucará and Tambomachay to the northeast of Cusco. Overnight in 4-star Hotel or similar category. (B, L)
DAY 14             CUSCO - MACHU PICCHU 
Breakfast in the hotel. Be dazzled by the ancient Incan village, one of the most important archaeological sites in the world, Machu Picchu. Whose name means “Ancient Mountain”; it is hard to ignore the beauty of these white-grey granite structures set against a backdrop of the lush deep-green forest surrounding it. Savor the spectacular scenery of the sacred Urubamba Valley as you travel by train to this mountainside palace, discovered by the Western world in 1911. On your arrival in “Aguas Calientes”, a railroad town established in 1901. You will have reception by one of our agents who will accompany you to the bus and 25min. ride to Machu Picchu. An unforgettable journey accompanied by one of our expert guides who will tell you stories of this enchanted, mysterious ancient palace. After a guided tour of the site, you will have time to explore on your own. The group return to Aguas Calientes at a pre-scheduled time. Lunch included. Overnight in 3-star Hotel or similar category. DAY 15             MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO 
Breakfast in the hotel. Enjoy your morning at leisure. Optional tour: recommendation for second visit to Machu Picchu. Have the opportunity to discover the hidden and mysterious spots such as “Intipunku” or the “Puerta Del Sol”. Try the challenging adrenaline-producing footpath that climbs up to Huayna Picchu, where you can visit the Moon Temple and admire its breathtaking citadel. In the early evening, take the train back to Cusco and have a transfer pick you up from the bus terminal to your hotel. Overnight in 4-star Hotel or similar category. (B, L)
DAY 16             CUSCO - LIMA 
Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer from the hotel to Cusco Airport. Flight to Lima (not included in pricing). Reception in Lima Airport and transfer to your hotel. Rest of afternoon at Leisure. Overnight in 4-star Hotel or similar category. (B)
